Your base will be the charming Caminho do Rei guesthouse. Located on top of a hill, its eight bungalows have fantastic views of Rosa bay and neighbouring beaches. Carefully built to give maximum privacy and to preserve the native vegetation, each has its own style. Some have panoramic views, others secluded verandas with hammocks. Various retreats spread around the lush gardens invite you to sit and relax with a book or to simply enjoy the stunning views in tranquillity.

Run by the owners, Monica and Paulo, you will not find friendlier service (or a better breakfast!) in any guesthouse along the Santa Catarina coast. Our clients love this place and always give us a great feedback about Joe and the rest of the team.

The guesthouse is a good base for whale watching in winter and for pleasant coastal walks. For those that enjoy dining out, Praia do Rosa, despite its rustic appearance, offers excellent restaurants where you can try regional dishes as well exotic cuisine.
